EESW Ltd is the owner and operator of www.stemcymru.org.uk (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from registered users of our Site. The EESW teacher portal section of the website is intended for use by teachers working in schools in Wales.

Collection Purpose and Use
While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This information may include (but is not limited to) your full name, email address, school and password (“Personal Information”). This information will be used to monitor usage of the Site and may also be used for email marketing purposes.
Log data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends when you visit our Site (“Log data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of the Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit and other statistics. The Site uses reCaptcha for security to protect the website from spam and abuse and Google Analytics which tracks and reports Site traffic.

EESW only shares information with third parties where absolutely necessary. EESW uses email marketing campaigns to teachers, schools and participants (EESW and Headstart Cymru only where participants are 16 or over).
The MailChimp website is hosted outside of the European Economic Area and the only data that is uploaded by EESW to MailChimp includes name, school/company and email address. MailChimp are committed to achieving complaince with the GDPR and has self-certified to both the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield regimes, and lawfully transfers EU/EEA personal data to the U.S. pursuant to our Privacy Shield Certification. If you would like to opt-out at any time, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Please note that if you unsubscribe we may keep a record of your personal information to ensure that we do not send any further communication.
Intellectual Property Notice
All images, text, graphics on our Site are owned by and property of EESW. You may NOT use our intellectual property in any way, which includes republishing text, image, design or any other property on another website, or posting a quote or image from our Site to any third-party website including social media WITHOUT PRIOR consent to do so.
